Content data: We store the content you input for generation, the posts generated by the Service, your brand voice profile, and your generation history.

Usage data: We collect information about how you use the Service, including features accessed, generation counts, and session activity.

Guest data: If you use the Service without an account, we store a limited generation count. This data is not linked to any identity.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service; generate AI-powered content based on your inputs; store your brand voice profile and generation history; improve the Service through anonymized usage analytics; communicate with you about your account and new features; and comply with legal obligations.

3. AI Processing

Your input content is sent to third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic) for content generation. This processing is necessary to provide the Service. We do not sell your content data to AI providers for training purposes.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: service providers who assist in operating the Service; law enforcement if required by law; and a successor entity in the event of a merger or acquisition, with notice to you.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generation history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting [email protected].

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including bcrypt password hashing, encrypted sessions, and secure API communication. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
