Nettable is an AI-powered content generation platform that helps small business owners create social media posts across multiple platforms. The Service includes content generation, brand voice profiling, content series creation, competitor analysis, engagement scoring, and related features.

3. User Accounts

You may use limited features as a guest without an account. To access full features, you must create an account by providing accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others; attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service; create accounts through automated means; resell or redistribute generated content as a competing service; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

Content you generate using Nettable is yours to use for your business purposes. You retain ownership of your input content and generated outputs. Nettable retains ownership of the Service, its design, code, branding, and all underlying technology. We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by Nettable is produced by artificial intelligence and is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any content created through the Service. Nettable is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.

7. Free and Paid Plans

Nettable offers free and paid subscription plans. Free plans may include usage limits and advertisements. Paid plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain anonymized data as permitted by our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nettable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
